Honoring Indigenous Ingredients with Chef Virgil Weil | Wed, Nov. 12 | 10:30am-1:30pm | The Grove | Centennial Campus Experience an engaging culinary demonstration and conversation with Chef Virgil Weil, a chef of Native American heritage. Chef Weil currently serves as Sous Chef at a local restaurant and was one of the Executive Sous Chefs for the 2024 Paris Olympics. He will share stories, techniques, and traditions that highlight the beauty and resilience of Indigenous cuisine.
